The Caswell County Partnership for Children contracts with a qualified applicant to provide Technical Assistance services. They help determine type of technical assistance needed and, if quality improvement, which star-rated license the program can reasonably achieve. Learn more.

Raising A Reader Program
Raising A Reader's mission is to engage caregivers in a routine of book sharing with their children from birth through age five to foster healthy brain development, healthy relationships, a love of reading, and the literacy skills critical for school success. Learn more.
Child Care Subsidy information
North Carolina operates a statewide child care assistance program for low-income and other eligible families. This program also provides subsidy rate enhancements for eligible child care programs. Enhancements are available for facilities with a star rating of 4 or better. Learn more.
