The Caswell County Partnership for Children is a leader in early childhood and healthy development. Our partnership provides expertise, guidance and infrastructure to ensure young children in Caswell receive the care and nurturing they need to thrive. We primarily invest in early education and early literacy so that our children are ready to succeed, lead productive lives and contribute to a strong, vibrant county.

Committees
Early Educators Advisory Committee
Meeting quarterly, this group provides broad vision and guidance to the Board of Directors and staff regarding the needs and interests of the early childhood community.
Evaluation Committee
This group oversees and guides the Smart Start funding allocation and program evaluation efforts. Meets based on the Strategic Planning/Request for Proposal process.
Executive Committee
Carrying out the directions of the board, this group takes action on policies, acts on behalf of the board on issues impacting the operations of CCPFC and serves as the finance and auditing committee. Meets monthly.
NC Pre-K Committee
This group is responsible for ensuring collaboration and shared responsibility for developing, approving and implementing the local plan for delivering NC Pre-K services, and providing financial and program oversight. Meets 2-3 times annually.
Planning Committee
Oversees the planning across the organization. This includes but is not limited to facilitating needs assessments, setting priorities, and leading the strategic planning process. This group meets as needed throughout the process.
program Committee
Oversees new program development and reviews, recommends, and/or approves concepts on the types of activities the staff should work to develop to meet county needs. Also, identifies, initiates and/or supports collaborations with other organizations and initiatives in the county. Meets based on needs and opportunities.
