Welcome Elaine McAdams

We would like to welcome Elaine McAdams to the Caswell County Partnership for Children.

She has recently joined our team and will serve in the Administrative/Program Coordinator

capacity.   Elaine was born and raised in Wilmington, NC where her family continues to

reside.  She enjoys being outdoors, gardening, working in her flowers and taking boat rides

on Hyco Lake, where she lives with her husband and beloved labrador, Daisy Mae.

Elaine has worked in the financial world for more than 35 years.  She has worked in various

organizations, one being at a Banking and Investment Company in Greensboro for 9 years.

There she served as a Coordinator/Manager for Not-For Profit clients, handling annuity

distributions and various client needs for multi-million dollar clients.

Following that, she worked at the United Church of Christ corporate offices in Burlington

as the Financial Assistant to the Conference Minister, doing everything from payroll

to accounts payable and filing year-end taxes and various reporting.   For the past 10

years she was employed by the Caswell County School System.  She started her career

there as the Assistant to the Assistant Superintendent, CTE Director.   She has worked at

N.L. Dillard Middle school doing Receptionist work and serving as the Purchasing

Coordinator.  She also was at Oakwood Elementary as their Data Manager, Payroll Clerk,

and Financial School Bookkeeper.

The position Elaine took at the Partnership for Children will combine her background experiences in

finances and working in the school system to help facilitate her role with the Partnership.  This position

supports the overall operation of the organization including accounting, grants management,

administrative support and program assistance.  This includes such programs as the Dolly Parton's

Imagination Library and the Resource Lending Library that are housed at the Partnership, giving our

community resources to help them with any educational materials they may need or professional

equipment.

Elaine looks forward to helping raise awareness of the Partnership’s services and

showing the community what the Partnership has to offer to children and families.

You can reach Elaine at 336.694.1538 or ccpfcemcadams@esinc.net.
